Where are you based?
We're headquartered in Australia, but we have several warehouses worldwide. Your order typically ships from the warehouse closest to you.
How are your designs and graphics printed?
We try to use DTG (direct-to-garment), as it's more flexible and lasts longer. Some designs are printed DTF (direct-to-film), though, and they allow for brighter colours.
Can you help me with my beta?

Shipping
We deliver globally using fully trackable service providers.
How long does shipping take?
The majority of our designs ship out within a few days, even in peak periods (typically 3-5 day despatch lead time).
- Delivery in the US takes 3-4 days after despatch.
- Delivery to Europe takes 7-10 days after despatch.
- Delivery to Asia and Oceania takes 10-14 days after despatch.
Do you offer express delivery?
Not yet. Some of our designs are "printed on demand", so we generally have a few days' lead time before shipping. Once our inventory expands, we'll move to add express shipping, but right now, we use one standard service to keep it simple.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with costs and delivery times calculated at checkout. Whether you’re training at home or abroad, we’ll make sure your gear reaches you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. This way, you can follow your activewear journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your address by contacting our support team. We recommend doing this quickly to avoid delays in receiving your activewear.
Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?
Some countries may apply import taxes or duties. These are the customer’s responsibility to understand and calculate before ordering.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Get in touch with our support team, and we’ll investigate with the carrier right away. If needed, we’ll arrange a replacement so you won’t have to wait long for your workout gear.

We've focused on making returns simple, showing trust in the climbing community.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. This ensures you have enough time to try them on at home.
Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
Absolutely! Some sizing can vary depending on style and fabric, so we encourage exchanges to help you find the perfect fit.
What if I already wore the item once?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unworn and unwashed. However, feel free to try them on at home to check the fit before deciding.
Are return shipping costs covered?
If you received the wrong or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping. For size or preference changes, customers are responsible, but we work to keep costs low.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our support team with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label or provide instructions for sending your items back.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days once we receive your return. You’ll get an email notification as soon as your refund is completed.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Yes, unless marked as “final sale,” most sale items can be returned or exchanged. We want you to feel confident even when shopping deals.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please email us with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We take quality seriously, so your case will be prioritized.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track your orders, save your favorite outfits, and access faster checkout in the future.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Contact here.
Do you restock popular items or limited editions?
Many of our bestsellers and core essentials are restocked regularly. Limited edition activewear may sell out quickly, so we suggest signing up for restock alerts.
Can I order matching sets or bundles?
Definitely! We often release collections with matching tops and bottoms, and we also offer bundle discounts at promotion time. These are great for building complete climbing outfits.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout, and the savings will automatically apply. Look out for seasonal promotions and bundle deals too.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment issues may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. Double-check your info or try a different payment method if needed. Any issues, please contact support.
