Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in our active inventory. We are always transparent about this. We also quote target timeframes for pre-orders to be despatched, but we cannot always guarantee our ability to meet them. You can cancel your pre-order at any stage before despatch (and even 14 days after final delivery via our Returns Policy).
General cancellation policy
EU legislation allows some European customers the right to cancel their order within a 14-day period. We have chosen to make this policy our standard global precedent. You can review it here: Returns Policy.
