Microsenders was born from a simple, stubborn belief: kids deserve better. For years we watched youth climbing explode — gyms filling with tiny crushers, comps stacked with fearless groms, whole families spending weekends at the crag — yet the industry barely acknowledged them. Major brands were happy to kit out adults, celebrate pros, and chase trends, but when it came to young climbers, the options were thin, uninspired, or treated like an afterthought. We kept asking ourselves the same question: how can a sport built on creativity, courage and progression offer so little to the generation pushing it forward?
So we built the answer.
Microsenders is our commitment to the kids who show up early, climb until the lights flick off, and dream bigger than their hands can currently hold. It’s a sub-brand created to champion youth climbers with the same seriousness, energy and respect given to adults. These kids aren’t “future climbers” — they’re climbers right now. They’re learning movement patterns faster than most adults, absorbing community culture like sponges, and shaping the future of the sport with every dyno, wobble and send. They deserve gear that reflects that spirit.
The spark came from what we kept seeing in gyms around the world: young climbers wearing oversized adult tees, generic sportswear, or kids’ clothing that had nothing to do with climbing. Parents were improvising. Coaches were improvising. Kids were improvising. Meanwhile, the brands with the resources to support them weren’t stepping up. No meaningful youth-focused lines. No real investment in youth identity. No celebration of the culture these kids were building.
We knew we could do better — and we knew someone had to.
Microsenders is our way of planting a flag. It’s bold, expressive, and proudly climber‑coded because kids deserve apparel that reflects who they are and what they love. It’s built with durable materials because kids train hard, fall hard, and live hard in their clothes. It’s designed with movement in mind because climbing isn’t a hobby for them; it’s a language they’re learning to speak fluently. And it’s infused with the Problem Child attitude because young climbers aren’t shy about who they are — they’re loud, playful, determined and endlessly creative.
But Microsenders isn’t just a product line. It’s one of our biggest long‑term commitments as a brand.
We’re not dipping a toe in. We’re going all in.
Over the coming months and years, Microsenders will become one of the most expansive and fast‑growing parts of our entire ecosystem. We’re building a pipeline of new products that spans everything from heavyweight cotton staples to technical training gear, competition‑ready pieces, seasonal drops, accessories, and collaborations with youth coaches, artists and climbing communities around the world. If kids need it, we’re making it. If it doesn’t exist yet, we’re inventing it.
This isn’t a side project. It’s a core pillar of who we are and what we believe climbing should be.
Because when you invest in young climbers, you invest in the future of the sport. You invest in stronger communities, more inclusive spaces, and a culture that celebrates progression at every age. You invest in the kids who will one day become the setters, coaches, designers, filmmakers, gym owners and pro athletes shaping climbing’s next era.
Microsenders is our love letter to them — the mini‑senders, the problem‑solvers, the fearless first‑timers, the comp‑day warriors, the chalk‑covered chaos machines who remind us why climbing matters. They deserve gear that lifts them up, celebrates their identity, and grows with them as they push the sport forward.
And we’re just getting started.
